NY Loves Dogs dog provides top-notch daily exercise and love for your four-legged New Yorker. We cater to the needs of both owners and dogs to provide loving, trust-worthy, flexible, reliable care for your dog when you aren’t able to.
Founded by Susan Cava, NY Loves Dogs provides excellent dog care service for a city clientele that expects the best. We proudly cover NY’s Upper East Side and see to it that our dogs make it to the lovely Carl Schurz Park each day.
We also accommodate walks to the vet or groomers as well as assisting with any pet store needs – purchasing food, bones or treats. Additionally we offer in-home sitting services that keep your dogs routine from skipping a beat.
We are proud to announce Susan Cava is now certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid. This means that we are now capable resuscitation, handling, choking situations and/or severe dog/cat injuries. Additionally, we are now memebers of the International Association of Canine Professionals which is the national group for elite dog trainers, walkers, behaviorists and groomers from across the country.Walk. NY Loves Dogs is bonded and fully insured through Mourer-Foster Insurance and holds a New York State business license.
We charitably support the ASPCA, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Main Line Animal Rescue, The Humane Society, Guiding Eyes For the Blind, Farm Sanctuary and provide hands-on foster care, rehabilitation and adoption for New York City’s Animal Care & Control.
